E-filing service went down for desktop application the evening before the filing deadline and was down most of the next day on April 15th with no communications from the company until late in the afternoon. The lack of clear communication was unacceptable and I won't be coming back next year.

Have used H&R Block for several years with no issues. This year I bought it early, prepared my returns with no issues. However I was unable to file electronically on the 15th as I had planned due to issues on the Block servers. I was apparently not the only one. Therefore, had to print my return, drive into town to a post office pay the postage and mail the return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
