Poor service, server down on Tax Day without promptly public notice. I have to spent many hours trying to submit my tax return, so frustrating and disappointed.

I've used this for several years and it's ok for the price. Navigating the menus and finding ways to edit various pages without going through the whole introductory interview is still hit and miss.

HRB had an issue a couple of days before April 15th in that home users could not file their taxes. Gateway error is what was display when filing. Fortunately, a few hours before the deadline their techs resolved the issue, and I was able to successfully file state and federal.
HRB, please test your product before 2025 filing date and make sure this doesn't happen again. It was too stressful and should not have happened. You get one more chance and then it's TT.

I had a hard time doing my taxes this year because my husband passed away in September and some things were different. I had to call for help a couple of times, I got the help I needed. The form I was having the hardest time with I didn’t need to use, she told me how to check and then told me to delete it and go on. After doing so I was able to finish quickly and get it sent.
