I have been a loyal user for many yrs. This yr, the outage on 4/14-15 was a serious issue. I also do my son's taxes who is out of the country, and having to get signature on paper is impossible. The outage was a show stopper and HR Block's lack of transparency and statement to print and mail was unacceptable and a lack of accountability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used both of the major tax preparation software and find that the Turbo Tax is more intuitive to use than H & R. Both prepare the taxes as expected, but there is a lot of back and forth in H & R vs. Turbo Tax. H & R is good for simple returns where as Turbo tax excels with the more complex ones.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

This version were not easy to navigate and does no offer any option. Unlike the previous years where all questions are clearly defined there are sub questions within the questions. I hope they fix this next year.

I have used this program for years but the last 2 years I have not been able to efile. I have gotten transcripts of previous years and verified info but IRS keeps rejecting my return.
