some glitches

Went pretty smooth, then at the end, was supposed to attach .pdf to return, but it didn't tell me which ones, or give me options to attach more than one.
Another glitch: I updated on 4/10, it said no more updates, and then it required an update while trying to upload to IRS.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Value this! EVERYTHING HRB has done since Sun 4/14 9 pm Chicago time has been insulting, bewildering, infuriating, and downright scary. Block's gaslighting isn't gonna stop is it -- including this "how we doing" appeal last night Thurs 4/18 11:53 pm in my inbox? Only the investigators know for sure. I guess.If you can't come clean about that 18-hour outage, somebody gonna come after you if they somehow haven't already! There's a big giant rat here, and its legs are starting to get twitchier by the hour. You're hearing this from somebody who's been buying and using Deluxe + State as an "Amazon Exclusive" since 2017. Show some class, before you see some action.

Did your software fail or server crash?

Had to click efile many, many times before transmitted. Got 3 emails. IRS accepted 20 minutes after IRS Rejected and I did not change anything. Now software says Federal not filed. Casualty loss not allowed 2018 thru 2025 unless related to Federal disaster but your software was asking many more questions beyond year of loss and was the loss related to federal disaster.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have used H&R Block software for years. This year there was more "tax" language than simple English. Also, the software dropped some entries that I only found after printing what I thought was a complete return. Thankfully, a wonderful "Brenda" in Mississippi patiently walked me through a long process to re-0enter my files so I could file my returns in a timely and accurate manner.
