It was hard for me to determine where to include the property taxes for 2023. At the end. I was prompt to include with location.
Pros: Easy to import documents

System was not connecting to server thus unable to accept the electronic filing of both federal and state. It finally connected after trying for 24 hours. System kept charging for state filing on all attempts. Fortunately, my credit card ccompany recognized the issue and payed only once.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible! Should have stuck with TurboTax

Not intuative, difficult to figure out stock losses and when went to file it had all kinds of technical problems filing! I tried submitting it 40 times! I still don't know if it was submitted correctly! I got email saying IRS accepted it but the software tells me it hasnt been submitted. Will never use again!
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
