This year was a total disaster. We e-filed and it didn't go through. So, we had to go paper file and send through the mail with a check. Then, we get an email five days later that it has been e-filed. Now, we have funds that have been withdrawn from our account and a check with the same amount that will be withdrawn as well. We will be out double our payment and we don't know how or when we will get it back. No, I will not use this product again nor will I recommend it.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you have more than say 100 trades, the tool becomes so slow, very painful, I complained last year, no improvements done this year again

I have been a long time user of this software. I had no trouble preparing my taxes, although when I tried to e-file, the software couldn't successfully transmit my data to the IRS. Eventually I received notice that the IRS accepted my return, although the program still says that I haven't e-filed. I ended up mailing in my return because I didn't trust that the return was actually received by the IRS. I plan on switching to TurboTax next year.
