The font is so small I can hardly see it. I can not figure out a way to make it larger so using this program is like looking for a black cat in coal bin on a dark night. Did I mention that reading the stuff on the screen to figure out what to do is really hard? Yeah, fix that.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Used it since the first day years ago and have been 100% satisfied until this year. The software is fine - but the crash on April 15 caused me to not be able to file until the 16th. HR Block and IRS should have worked something out - but they did not. So who is paying the penalty and interest???

Software was user friendly and easy to use. It had all of the details necessary for quick, straightforward tax completion. And it also had helpful FAQs for when you are less than sure of the right thing to enter. However, their connection to the servers was less than great and I had to wait several hours to submit. That said, it was tax day, so I’m sure they were very busy. I will probably be using their software again.

I could not start my Return until April 13th evening. Finished it on April 14th night. I E-filed, of course, and it was accepted very fast. I got my refund April 21st. Previously, I've always filed in January. I had faith in the Block software and things fell into place. Fantastic!
