Verified Purchase:Yes
Biggest complaint is that when importing W2s the program is confused on what is school tax and other similar issues, and caused alot of headaches trying to figure the issues out.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the last three years I could not import my US Bancorp Investments 1099. This year USB worked fine, but Edward Jones would not import. In the past that has worked fine. Nothing changed on my end. Once again, I had to manually enter 1099 info.

Good job importing TurboTax data (switched due to cost advantage of HR Block). Great job going through the tax return. Poor job in accessing help topics - program said I wasn’t connected to internet although the update, etc ran flawlessly (albeit slow).
