Have been using your software for a long time. Would have rated it excellent except for two issues: (1) slowness and quantity of updates was tedious. I realize the lawmakers are often responsible for delays but this was particularly annoying because we were expecting a good refund; and (2) there was a noticeable increase in quantities of data required and a plethora of mini worksheets. In the end, we got the refund and have put the matter to bed.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

Don't try to file early because there are updates

I have used this software for years, it is easy to complete, but don't try to file early in the season because there are several updates to the software and you will have to start over if there is an update.
