I have used HR block for approximately 15 years. This year line 52 was different. I had difficulty figuring out how to do a QMD transaction. I called, but no one could help me. I just had to keep changing numbers until it worked.

Overall I thought package was pretty good. Thought it could be easier to move back and forth. The organization of seemed oriented only towards people who proceed through it sequentially. Sometimes you need to move back and forth especially if you are checking something you already completed or want to make a change in your input.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
