Solid value...very annoyed that I had my taxes ready on Jan 4th and checked every week for an update for the EV tax credit to get fixed when competitive products weren't having issues.
The update/fix was ready just before April...cutting it close
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The Arizona software is subpar and I have to override your statement because you do not include some important Arizona tax CREDITS such as form 352 for foster care
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
