I've been using your product for a long time. It's OK, I don't know of any situations where it made an error, but I find the interviews inconvenient (mostly I just go to the forms) and I really think there should be a way to check for errors before I try to push the Submit button. Importing of stock sales could be better.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Been using for many years. Discovered a workaround to finally import prior year data.
Fed then went ok. Ohio asked for medical deduction then surprise - had to revise to avoid duping the medical figure also taken from Fed return. Had to override in actual OH form. view.

I have used HR Block Tax Software for several years. For 2023 tax return, HR Block software supported quick and easy tax filing. Liked the import feature that brings in last year’s return info and makes it easy to import various tax forms. Also, the product has affordable price and great efile feature functionality.

I alway buy the new year version as soon as available in order to automatically input last year's data and to start getting documentation together to input data into the software. The software makes it very simple to input all stock trading information using TXF file provided by some brokerage firms. Since some firms don't provide TXF file for stock trading input, it would a nice upgrade if the software was modified to also take CSV file for stock trading input.
