I think it is clunky for continuing users. It doesn’t keep DL numbers. It could just ask “any changes to your life” and if not, shorten the whole experience.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Happy with the product

I've been using H&R Block tax software for a long time now and I trust it. It's easy to use and it calculates everything for you. It lets you check your work. That way, you can correct anything that might be a red flag. I just wish it was easier to save the PDF file. So, you don't have to print the forms. Currently, you have to go through a third party to do that.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
