Generally adequate. Did not have ability to enter spousal IRA. Wish not as expensive upfront and for state online filing.

I have been an absolutely loyal user of H&R Block software for decades. No more. It is absolutely inexcusable... frankly, unforgivable... for you to bungle partnering with major banks and investment houses. Imagine just how confused, then flabbergasted, then just damned angry I became when I had to sit down with a stack of 1099s and manually enter the data. I then realized that you no longer have a product that's worth the price you're charging.
And, by the way, don't think that we didn't notice that you've outsourced everything to India. Nice job. Now go read what Steven Covey had to say about watering down the chowder.

Program getting more expensive and functiionality seems more limited. Did not help me calculate RMDs for inherited ira and help me determine if i met or owed penalties. It also failed to allow me to print up 1040ES vouchers using safe harbor rules
