I've used turbo tax for years simply because it's much easier to navigate around. I've played with your program but would always double check with my turbo tax calculations. I've always disliked TT because of the cost and the way they try to scam you into buying something else. This year I bought your program and gave it a try. Your program was cheaper but they charge more to efile so it cost quite a bit more. You also try to sell unnecessary upgrades. I was fed up with turbo tax but after trying your program I will stay with them.. your program isn't cost effective for me!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No support, poor product; will not be using again

The interface is quite poor. There is no support. Intermittently, it would say that I am not connected to the Internet; however I clearly was. I also installed it on a different computer and would get similar issues. There is no explanation of detections. It is a subpar product.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
