Terrible- 4 months to add a form, owe me money

I have used this software for many years and it is getting worse each year. This year I finished my taxes on 2/7 but I could not file until the end of March because you could not fix an issue with an EV form, which the IRS had available before the end of February. I had to refile because I kept getting delays due to your website issues and every time I had to pay to efile over and over. YOU OWE ME MONEY FOR TRYING TO EFILE OVER AND OVER DUE TO YOUR ERROR.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
