The software is OK. It's good for basic taxes, relatively straight forward to use. The software lacks depth and breadth of full filing requirements and the help desk is pretty much limited to telling you what is already in the software, but maybe some people don't read. I had to find outside resources for some questions.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you find an example of a software error or glitch, forget getting anyone with tax knowledge getting back with you. I won’t recommend a product that isn’t supported by the people who created it.
