Cannot upload Wells Fargo banking data every year I’ve purchased the software for the last 3-4 years. I don’t know why I keep buying it. I guess it’s the ease of use.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I was able to do my own taxes and my son's. When we needed answers, I just called the call center and they directed me to the IRS . They responded and both taxes were completed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
