Even though last years return was in my computer this program wouldn’t open it. Said please update the program. Yet no updates were available. I couldn’t get last years AGI so my e/filed return was rejected by the IRS. Had to mail it in.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

The H&R Block locally installed tax software is much easier to use and less expensive than the online version. When you use the software year after year it can pull in last year's information making the tax preparation experience much easier.
