Very disappointed overall. The support folks I talked to were friendly, but they couldn’t tell me why the IRS rejected my return. I made multiple calls each for over an hour, then finally gave up, got an accountant and filed for an extension.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Normally I do not have any issues with software but this year was the exception. I was unable to use the state tax aspect because the EV form was not supported. On the Federal side I was unable to get assistance on filing with EV credit and Solar panels credit, called the support line on 4 instances and never got same answer, Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The import from previous year makes doing my taxes easy and also provides a check for ensuring that all items divs, ints, r and other forms were received. Allowed me to do both fed and state taxes in under 2 hours.

I have been using the software for 10+ years. This year is the first time I had an issue, they were unable to resolve it, series of contacting them, promising that they will fix the issue, they didn't, terrible service, unbelievably bad, very frustrated. Feel free to reach out to me for additional details, it will be a long story clearly showing how bad of a service you have provided.
Cons: Time consuming
