I've used H&R Block for a number of years and find it works well and is reasonably easy to understand and has clear instructions and prompts. The only negatives are the import function and final review. When I import stock sales/dividends/etc from my brokerage acct, it always flags thing in the final review, but there is never anything that needs to be fixed, and it isn't clear what you need to do for each document in order to get it unflagged.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
