the visible format needs some adjustments. The default font seems to be very small. Should have an option to alter font size especially for those with vision issues like me. When I adjust my PC to increase the font size it enlarges the entire page and info is off screen (not good). In addition dont use GREEN color font on a white background. Too light to read easily. Should be dark font. Finally - a lot of the info needs more education on the part of the user. Sometimes I skip over what I dont understand and this may negatively hurt my return results. Not a very easy program to use without any tax knowledge.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I've been using H&R Block (formerly "Tax Cut") for about twenty years now and it has always worked flawlessly. Data entry is simple and straightforward and small tweaks each year have made it even easier to use as time has gone on.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The interface works well for the routine entries, but it was a struggle with entries for a K-1 from an inheritance. I had to rely on Chat GPT to complete my return.

Did not correctly calculate the Oregon Kicker based on percentage of income. Since all income was automatically transferred from federal return, I assume it was a program error.
Also got caught in a loop trying to cancel applying for Trump’s newborn investment account.
Pros: Easy to prepare
