I am a volunteer tax counsellor and am required to use TaxSlayer software. And many times I have wished I could use H&R Block tax software instead. The only thing I don't like with H&R Block software is with form 8949 and the inability to use the multiple transactions in a single row (M) AND nondeductible wash sales (W) simultaneously, when reporting covered transactions. I am forced to subtract the wash sales and report them separately. So this is much easier to do using other software. But I like everything else about H&R Block and choose it for my and my sisters personal taxes instead of filing free using the software I use as a volunteer.

Was easy to use, but said my taxes were paid with filing extensions and didn't file extensions and didn't follow through with sending payment. I called irs today and still owed the taxes plus penalty!!! Very disappointed with accuracy.
