Makes it Easy to Prepare & File Fed & State Taxes

I have been using it for many years, and it makes it easy to prepare my federal taxes, and then turns it into my State Income Taxes. It pulls in last years filing details, and prompts me for this years numbers. Sometimes, after the accuracy check I get a message to review or fix something that confuses me. Thee is not a mistake, but the checker thinks there is something missing; but I get to a solution and move on.
Wish I didn't have to pay for state e-filing.

I stay with H&R for my software needs because I have learned how to navigate the software so for that reason it works best for me. However there are some nuance and bugs that prevent it from being a streamlined experience.

I've been using H&R Block's software for many years, and overall, the package is pretty good. However, there are a few spots where I think it could do better, particularly in the section dealing with investment income. I really like H&R Block's guarantee for audit support, and given HRB's extensive experience, I feel comfortable trusting my taxes to them.
