Lost my computer backup file on my taxes after the program crashed. Printed it out and went to do a final save when program crashed and corrupted my file so that it couldn’t be opened. So now I have a paper copy only.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R software for three years now. This year was the easiest. I did not have sufficient deductions to list, so I took the standard, and ended up with no taxes to pay... I have always kept receipts and documentation since 1967. Don't expect a miracle if you don't do the work. Doing taxes in this day and age is nothing like the ease it was back then. Be Prepared.
