The software is easy to use, though navigation could be simplified. issue this year is that I paid for state, downloaded, and it failed. No recourse for re-download or refund. Waited a few weeks and then it worked. Ended up paying twice for state. Again, zero way to address with you and I looked everywhere. Automated help was a joke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
