Product works as expected. As a retired senior, don't understand why I have to buy the deluxe just because I get interest/dividends. Seems like this should be basic.

I used TurboTax for more than 25 years and thought I'd escape their ever-increasing fees. How could I go wrong with the leader in tax preparation? Reviews were good. I switched. Now I'll switch back. The interface of the H&R Block application is amateurish and unattractive; the help screens are not helpful; an important state form (property tax refund) was prepared but not submitted. I was very disappointed.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
