I buy directly from the company and this is the third year in a row where I have to spend considerable time with support to get this program working. This year the program insisted I have to get the lasted update over and over again. No matter how many times I ran the update. Finally support directed me to a special site where I got the update. Finally ran.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn't seem as easy or as intuitive as last year. Perhaps my taxes were a bit more difficult this year but your software has been more intuitive in the past. I didn't feel as comfortable with this year's return as in the past.

I have used this produce for over 20 years, but the 2023 version caused me a lot of headaches. First, it was late March before the final update was made in order for me to finish my return. Then, something happened when I tried to print, causing me to spend a day or two to figure why it wouldn't print. Truly disappointed!
