On 13/14/15 April every time I tried to exile my taxes it gave me error message, than they charged me twice fo state taxes. Now I have to wait to get refund as and still had to file my state taxes on paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always done my own and H&R Block makes it easy and generally painless. Why pay more when this program works just as well as the others. Navigation is finicky when you do your reviews and then get bounced around. I can look past that as the interview process is very easy otherwise.
