Lacks auto-import features for a lot of the most used financial institutions. Turbo tax has those. This requires manual import of various tax documents and requires a lot of time if you have a diverse investment portfolio. They also should allow additional states to be added at a better rate. Currently, they offer 5 federal filings but one state and each additional state costs the same amount as the whole package.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have been using this product for over 30 years, never had any problems taxes always went through perfectly with I'm sure the maximum refund if I was entitled to one. More importantly if I owed taxes it would be the lowest amount required.
