I couldn't file because you server was down for 2 days. I needed to do extension first time ever. They was not even any communications. Perhaps if you had said something, people won't be filling and filling and thereby overloading your dead system even more. You guys suck big times this year. Unlikely I'll buy next year. You lost a 20 year customer.

Bought item on line and downloaded in no time at all. I was hoping that it would download the information from last year's taxes, but I had to input all information. This is the first time that I didn't have an adjustment on my taxes in 5 years.
