Had to submit my taxes 22 times before they went through, unacceptable to have server issues on tax day with no explanation or support other than try again later or mail in your taxes!

I’ve been using this program for at least twenty years it suffices vera well. I haven’t been audited since using this program. I’ve received refunds every year mostly because I let the federal government tax me at a higher rate so I don’t have to come up with money April 15th. Still the program is easy to use and input data. Pretty painless for me but then I’m just an average person that works for a living. But now the questionnaire what’s to know my name and where they can find me. Rather not play.

Servers were down on the most important night of the tax year. Caused a lot of unwanted stress at the last minute that could have been alleviated by simply owning up to and communicating with your customers. Huge disappointment, I doubt I will use this product again after 10 years of loyalty to it. Not even as much as an apology after the fact, I mean come on.
