I would appreciate more intuitive software, I found the various input pages and information required on sheets a bit cumbersome. I was always referring to the IRS schedule to see where the data would appear.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

After a few years using it, disappointed in 2024

I was not able to import my data from Fidelity. Contacted support, opened a case, and they NEVER contacted me to resolve the problem, not even an EMAIL...!! Then trying to e-file on 4/15 was nearly impossible. Had printed and was ready to mail, but got lucky at the end and finally it went through. I don't need that stress again. Will switch next year...!!
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
