I have used H&R Block tax prep software for over a decade. What I found new - and annoying - this year is that once it updates, it automatically restarts your computer. It should ask if I am ready to have my computer restarted. The first time it happened, I didn't have something saved that I was working on and had to redo. Also, some questions could be better worded - having experience with tax prep, I may understand, but someone who is using the software first time may not. Also, Deluxe + State offers 5 free e-files. However, it doesn't tell you that after 5 you CANNOT e-file even if you pay the fee - that's IRS regulation.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
