I don't get the additional % fee on credit card paying, 2.49% fee as opposed to 1.75% fee directly, GREED! so I didn't go through H&R Block provided link. Otherwise, it was fine, there were some issues that seemed like software bugs having to go back and correct values that were not updated properly within in the software
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Been using this software for a few years and was good. This year, somehow, it got two entries for my income... probably my mistake, but took awhile to figure it out. Just deleted everything and started over. Worked!

I have used this program many times before as well as TurboTax which I often compare the features to. I found the interface very intuitive and the guidance provided helpful. While both programs are very similar, I have a slight preference for H&R program, probably in part for the pricing.
