Have used for several years. After loading the program it informed me to update my OS.
But my computer, which I have used for several years, was already updated to the latest OS that was compatible with it. Therefore I could not launch the program. I called the help line which provided really good support to reload the program to a different computer.

I used your software for my taxes and when I had to go out to do my mother’ws taxes, we used another copy of your software for her taxes. It was easy enough to show my mother the questions on the screen, and enter in her answers. It made my trip there easier.
