Screen need improvement. The continue to next page is at the bottom requiring you to 1. page down ot the bottom to go to next page some of the block pages are more than one screen high. Add a Next Page at the top of each page. 2. Cant zoom in on any page and there is a lot of wasted white space servicing no useful purpose on the screen. Consider the visual acuity of you user and allow for a full width of that page zoom feature and larger fonts while still being able to see the whole page width. 3. unable to print the screen before you or copy it to Doc for printing. Good product and have used it for many years.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have been using the software for years and it is reliable.
The only negative is the poor help documentation with most topics. They promptly refer you to the IRS website.
Also, they do not transfer all the critical information from the previous year and we have to reenter the info manually.
Overall a decent product.

When doing 2 state taxes, I had a glitch on the last state entered. This state wanted to tax me on the first states taxes(double taxed) I ended up finding the glitch by paging thru the actual paper copies.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

I bought this a few weeks ago after using a competitive product to complete and file my taxes. I then had to do my father-in-laws tax returns and decided to use H&R Block's software as it was cheaper and the other tax software was very difficult to use.
