It was very difficult to make simple changes to see what that change would do to your bottom line taxes. I ended up having to do it all over again to see how the change would affect my taxes. The review process was also difficult to use.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

You keep on improving the software system each year but there are still other forms were the information from last year can populate the information for the current year that I was working on, like 1099-MISC or 10999-NEC worksheets. Also last year itemized deductions either using standard or itemized should carry over to current year. I shouldn't have to enter the standard deduction that was taken from prior year. The program does carry forward if I itemized but not if I took the standard deduction.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
