The link provided to download the software from the receipt did not work, could never get through to talk with an actual person to describe the unique problem and to get a new link - so I was never able to use the software, and am due a 100% refund, and, I am not at all happy with what happened. After at least ten years using HRBlock for my taxes, I will be using TurboTax next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using this software for years. Only once did I try a competitor and I had to utilise Microsoft tech to alter computer settings to make it work. Since then only HR Block software with never a problem.

I enjoy the simplicity of the software and that it transfers data from the previous year. I just wish that there was more support for calculating capital gains tax at the state level for investments that are free from capital gains at the federal level.
