Every year e-file is included with the price, but I have to print and mail. My return is always rejected because my AGI from last year doesn’t match, even though it does match.

I bought the subject software for 20+ years and am disapointed. This is the first year in which I have to PAY to submit my single state version. Before; you were allowed one state submission, Mine being MD. But this year, it said that I had to pay to submit my MD return. The help screens and online help did not explain why either.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
