The federal return was processed with no problems, but the Massachusetts return has a stupid requirement that takes the info from my medicare insurance response that says I do not have to provide detail and then refuses to allow me to efile because I didn't provide detail. Rediculous and extremely annoying.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charged me 3 times for my parents taxes and twice for mine. Still no refund on the charges. Have used them for years with no issues but this year was awful.

I’ve used turbotax for 20 years, but tried H&R this year, and after submitting-getting my refund- federal shorted me $1000. I would like to know why? What about it?

You cannot imagine how irritating it is to have your electronic taxes continously declined due to your programs errors. If I mail in my taxes, the one thing I'm sure about is that I'm mailing then in. If I use your program, it's a craps game. You never know what you're going to get.
