Great product, but still a few bugs

For the most part, the software does a pretty good job, however they still have not fixed the capital loss carryover issue, that they have had for the past several years. It still carry over the loss, but does not keep a running total like competitors software does.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Still requiring to install software instead of everyone else's web-based format. Interface is not very friendly and clear. Importing is hit and miss.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Long time user since TaxCut days, let me down this year, refused to efile,
kept asking for update, which it would apply to no effect. Had to uninstall and
reinstall twice. Then it would not pass check on one of the forms for mortgage
deductions, even tho i did suggested change. this form was not even used (took std deduction). Finally deleted form and got it done. Took about 5 hrs extra. My tax life has been unchanged for many years, nothing new.
