3.5 It's easy to use, but I had to file by mail and didn't find out until the very end. I wish whatever triggered the inability to file electronically would have alerted me immediately. I would have filed sooner. I've been using this for years and this is the first year this has ever happened. When I looked up why, the only result that came up said I couldn't file electronically. Not helpful.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Unfortunately, there were server issues on Apr 14-15 preventing e-filing. There was limited communication about the issue causing a lot of stress and confusion.

Worked fine until I got to the State Taxes..I had to print and send the package by slow mail. I wanted to send online. Please work the bugs out.

While the software did a fine job the experience was ruined by the filing experience. This failed poorly this year ultimately resulting in the state being filed late due to an unknown status in the software. Basically it said pending for the whole time.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Was really a disappointment. E-filing problems were ridiculous, and I am a former IT worker retiree. And the email I received several days ago about a discount for next year seem hollow. From what I read, the discount really wouldn't be anymore than what you normally give off to buy the software, 15-20 bucks..... This was a major disappointment, and time waster. MAY NOT USE IT AGAIN....

Used this software for years and it was fine until this year when I had a more complicated situation (K-1's). The instructions for handling this situation was seriously lacking and no support when I called the support line for help.
