The final year that I will be using your software after the filming taxes electronically. I still don't know if my state was filed with the filing issues. You charged me but never got any sort of status or acceptance.

I bought and it did my federal return easily. I liked the fact that it led me through the process with a series of questions. Most of the questions I understood easily but there were a few that I had to dig in to in order to understand them.

Interview portion was good but the servers were down of all times on April 14 to April 15 in the afternoon. I was not able to submit my returns online. Had to take time off work to print out and mail.
