Worse troubles I've ever had.

I STARTED using Tax Cut over 20 years ago. This year's version is flaw ridden and has had so many bothersome issues next year I will be choosing different software.
I'm fearful my return this year is going to provoke IRS to audit me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am an automatic Renewal customer on deluxe with State. Like always i rush through the program each year. This year I was fooled.i thought I processed everything, then two weeks went by, and when I thought had finished it ....realized no verification emails so I re finalized it on 4 7 2026 and already received refund by the 13th! Wow

I've used this software for close to 20 years and have had no problems up to this point. With the new overtime deduction it only asks you for it once in the interview. I could not go back through and get to it again. I could not get back to it correct a mistake. I could not change it in the software or in the form. I had to start a whole new return to be able to make it right. Need to get that fixed for next year.

Cons: Time consuming

The software worked fine, when it did the accuracy check, it gave a couple of issues that needed to be corrected, but it was not strait forward on how to correct them. Very frustrating.

I have used H&R Block software for many years. I have always found it easy and accurate. However, you could do a better job on the Minnesota Real Estate Tax Rebate form. Having a questionnaire, like most of program, would be better than "just fill out the form below".

I've used HRBlock tax software for a number of years. This current version for 2025 taxes is the familiar interface, so it got me off to a quick start. I like it, for the most part. Some of the inquiry steps are less clear than they could be, but nothing was intolerable.
