I have been using H&R Block software for decades and never had a problem with there server transmitter until 2024. That issue was very stressful. No answer for 2 days about the glitch. Corporate needs better communication when serious issues arises. I was definitely thinking about not using it in the future, but willing to give them another chance. If happens again I'm definitely leaving H&R software.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

It’s ok if you just want to fill in the boxes. But it’s not very good at explaining terms and will often just send you to the IRS site. And the tax planning advice is worthless. So I won’t trust them with retirement planning
