Software failed to recognize an individual has more than one foreign account and upload the forms. First time it happened since I started to use the software. Software failed recognize consulting business may have different address outside the state. Software failed to load to IRS and sate gateway.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work on my computer anymore. Required an updated OS on my Mac. I had to borrow another computer to use the app. Electronic funds transfer to IRS is rediculously expensive! I had to mail a check. Otherwise, app worked as usual.

I can completely understand that with the volume of people trying to file on the 14th or the 15th can cause server issues. The problem I have is with the lack of communication to the end-user. Be open and honest with your paying customers. Pop-up window on the website or even in the app would allow users not to file multiple times and have the pending charges on their account. Simple communication like we’re having filing issues. Please try back later would have sufficed.

This year the imported information didn't match the IRS information, so after waiting three days to file because of the server glitch, I ended up printing and mailing my return. Now I wait to see what the IRS does with this year's information. Turbo Tax going forward.
