The Federal side of this program is excellent, but for some reason, it doesn't carry over all of the data to the New Jersey version. I have to reenter my Schedule C data into the state program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I’ve used this product for years. Relatively easy to use. I love the interview feature, which asks questions to take you step by step trough the relevant forms. Easy to import prior year’s data. Ability of efile or print and mail. Love the ability to save your place, exit, and return later to pickup where you left off.

While trying to claim energy credits, the software would repeatedly make me say "yes" to a section that was a definite no. I finally gave up and went to an accountant. Used this software for 6 years, never again
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
