It's really not easy to use this software. It's impossible to change some things after you enter them. I ended up sending IRS an extra check because of this software. I believe it clearly does not optimize the refunds. Also you end up paying for online filing and extra states. Not recommended.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this software for years and have been happy with it, this year the electronic filing feature for the State return wasn’t working yet it charged my CC anyway! Frustrating.
