Everything great as usual except could not import Merrill lynch. I will have to switch to Turbo tax which does.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've been using this for 30 years. It is good and gets the job done. It is hard to be excited about a task I wish I didn't have to do, but I guess this makes it bearable. I just wish they'd make a way to get into custom lists easier, and then get back to where you were. That part is so difficult. I also wish they'd offer a reasonable price to someone who has bought this every year since 1996.
I would recommend this to a friend!

However, simple printing jobs did not work well. My HP printer did not like your software. I had no trouble printing any document from any other software.

The problem this year was the program did not have the banks and organizations in the upload file and every firm had to manually be filled out.
Also it did not have the formula to figure out the average monthly principle that was required for the mortgage.

Longtime users but your user interface is still back in the 90s and your help is pretty lame - for example, I always have issues with my 1099–DIV forms and you provide no real help - and when my HSA was too high, I simply clicked the wrong button and you should have made it easy to find the error - TurboTax is much better but much more expensive so I guess I’m stuck
